Ulysses Chow

Ulysses read law at the University of Cambridge.

He joined chambers upon completion of pupillage with Mr Cheng Huan SC, Mr Alan Ng, Ms Vivian Wong, and Mr Lincoln Cheung.

​He gives lectures at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) and has been appointed a Visiting Scholar (Part Time) of HKUST.

Despite being in his first year of practice, Ulysses has already appeared (or been instructed to appear) in all levels of court up to the Court of Appeal, either as a sole advocate or led junior.

​

Prior to joining the Bar, Ulysses worked for a number of years in the medical supplies and equipment industry, and then at a respected local solicitors' firm.

​

Ulysses is now developing a broad criminal and civil practice, accepting instructions across all areas of Chambers’ work.
