Cecilia Chang

Cecilia joined chambers upon completion of pupillage with Mr. Derek Chan SC, Mr. Jeffrey Tam, Mr. Lincoln Cheung, Ms. Deanna Law, and Mr. Tony C.H. Chow.

 

During pupillage, Cecilia had extensive exposure to proceedings in relation to securities-related misconducts such as market manipulation and insider trading on both the criminal and regulatory sides. Cecilia has experience in the conduct of s.183 interviews with the Securities and Futures Commission and defending s.213 and s.214 actions under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

 

Cecilia is as well developing a broad civil practice with a focus on land and commercial disputes and personal injuries claims. Cecilia accepts instructions across all areas of Chambers’ work.
